Effective Learning (30 May 2011)

In this activity, there was a sharing on how to improve the social cognitive skills of students with Autism or Asperger Syndrome. The project team introduced the social thinking concepts, the ILAUGH model (Initiation, Listening, Abstracting information, Understanding perspectives, Getting the whole picture and Humour appreciation) as well as the school-based social thinking strategies and activities.
