Life Education : KidMatters, a Web and School-based Approach to Mental Health Promotion and Wellbein

The project was implemented in 2014/15 school year, aiming to promote primary school students’ mental health through a web-based and school-based approach. The project consisted of an 8-session school-based programme and 11 e-lessons, which were developed based on Cognitive Behavioral Model and Positive Psychology. The programme content included emotional management, problem-solving skills, communication skills, empathy and gratitude. Subsequently, the project has evolved as a new project of the Centre. During the dissemination seminar, demonstration of the programme will be included and participating school will share their experience in carrying out the programme.
