- In this QEF Project, the participating kindergartens selected quality picture books for teaching modules, conducted learning activities and fostered their language skills and generic skills. In this dissemination activity, experts on early childhood education, Dr. Chen Shu Chen and Dr Lee I Fang, shared with participants the theories and practices of picture books teaching. The participating kindergartens also shared their experience in implementing the project.
