This programme is the continuation of the Professional Development Schools Scheme financed by the Education Development Fund. The project aims to enhance the effectiveness of learning Chinese Language of NCS students through the refinement of the school-based curriculum planning, teaching strategies and the use of assessment tools.
Catering for Learner Diversity and Special Educational Needs through the Use of Diversified Learning and Teaching Strategies or Whole-person Development Approach to Guidance and Discipline (2021/22)

To implement multi-dimensional pedagogical and assessment strategies in core subjects with reference to the Learning Progression Framework to record students’ performance, so as to promote the effectiveness of learning and teaching;
To enhance the learning effectiveness of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by refining the school-based curriculum and assessment accommodations that cater for their learning needs
To enrich the pedagogical strategies and skills of teachers to teach SEN students; and
To help Participating Schools develop and promote school-based and multiple assessment strategies so as to cater for learner diversity.
Scaffolding Students’ Self-learning Skills in Key Stage 1 through a School-based English Curriculum (2021/22)

Constructing Mathematical Concepts and Fostering Students’ Attitude Regarding Self-directed Learning through Enquiry Learning (2021/22)

Promoting STEM Education through Developing Cross-curricular Learning Activities according to the Curriculum (2021/22)

To enhance teachers’ capacity:
In designing and implementing cross-curricular activities on STEM education so as to strengthen the coherence and collaboration among teachers of the Science, Technology and Mathematics Education KLAs to promote the development of STEM education;
In consolidating students' subject knowledge through activities and unleashing their potential in innovation; and
In developing the ability of students to integrate and apply their knowledge and skills across different subject disciplines for problem solving, as well as cultivating their interests in subjects related to STEM education.
