This programme is the continuation of the Professional Development Schools Scheme financed by the Education Development Fund. Schools with exemplary practices in learning and teaching and a good sharing culture will form a network with participating schools, focusing mainly on specific pedagogical themes to promote inter-school collaboration and professional exchange through various exchange activities.Catering for Learner Diversity and Special Educational Needs through the Use of Diversified Learning and Teaching Strategies or Whole-person Development Approach to Guidance and Discipline (2021/22)

To implement multi-dimensional pedagogical and assessment strategies in core subjects with reference to the Learning Progression Framework to record students’ performance, so as to promote the effectiveness of learning and teaching;
To enhance the learning effectiveness of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by refining the school-based curriculum and assessment accommodations that cater for their learning needs
To enrich the pedagogical strategies and skills of teachers to teach SEN students; and
To help Participating Schools develop and promote school-based and multiple assessment strategies so as to cater for learner diversity.
Scaffolding Students’ Self-learning Skills in Key Stage 1 through a School-based English Curriculum (2021/22)

Constructing Mathematical Concepts and Fostering Students’ Attitude Regarding Self-directed Learning through Enquiry Learning (2021/22)

To enhance students’ interest and proactiveness in learning;
To refine students’ learning strategies and enhance their ability of understanding mathematical concepts; and

Promoting STEM Education through Developing Cross-curricular Learning Activities according to the Curriculum (2021/22)

To enhance teachers’ capacity:
In designing and implementing cross-curricular activities on STEM education so as to strengthen the coherence and collaboration among teachers of the Science, Technology and Mathematics Education KLAs to promote the development of STEM education;
In consolidating students' subject knowledge through activities and unleashing their potential in innovation; and
In developing the ability of students to integrate and apply their knowledge and skills across different subject disciplines for problem solving, as well as cultivating their interests in subjects related to STEM education.
Development of Chinese Curriculum Leadership and Teacher Professional Learning Community for Teaching Non-Chinese speaking (NCS) Students (2021/22)

To support Participating Schools to develop the curriculum leadership in the learning and teaching of Chinese for NCS students with reference to the Chinese Language Curriculum Second Language Framework and other resources;
To enhance the professional capacity of teachers in teaching Chinese for NCS students;
To develop appropriate learning and teaching materials, consolidate experience and establish the professional learning community of Chinese teachers of NCS students; and
To provide appropriate learning activities for NCS students so as to enhance their Chinese proficiency, assist them in understanding the Chinese culture and cope with different levels of public examinations.
