The QTN aims at encouraging schools to promote positive education and culture so as to cultivate a positive attitude among children towards learning and life; assisting schools to strengthen home-school co-operation to foster whole child development; and promoting professional sharing through networking different schools for capacity building of teachers and schools, which will lay a foundation for the establishment of school network for sustainable development in the future.
QEF Thematic Network on Systematic Analysis, enhance Assessment Literacy, Assessment as Learning (2019/20)

To assist teachers to analyse assessment data for informing learning and teaching. Parents’ talks will be provided to help parents of the participating schools understand the arrangement. Professional development activities include experience sharing sessions, workshops, collaborative lesson planning and feedback on lesson observation.

To enhance teachers’ assessment literacy through integrating assessment for learning and assessment as learning into classroom teaching. Teachers will be supported to use assessment data generated from various assessment tools to inform learning and teaching.
Promoting ‘Assessment for Learning’ and ‘Assessment as Learning’ in senior primary (P.4) Mathematics and Chinese Language (2019/20)
