DISC-based Experiential Character Education Curriculum in 6 Key Learning Areas (of career education) for NSS students
The project aims at developing the traits in 6 areas of career education (discovery of personal strengths, life motivation, time management, career planning, relationship management and workplace culture) of 600 S.4 or S.5 students of the 3 participating schools as well as their characters through a DISC-based experiential curriculum. The tangible deliverables will be student's DISC handbook, which include student's learning plan and a project handbook.
