The proposed project aims at enhancing kindergarten teachers' professional capacity in designing and providing physical activities for physical development of young children, arousing parents' awareness of the importance of "Physical Fitness and Health", so as to develop an ideal environment in school and home for promoting children's fitness. Project deliverables include DVD on school based fitness and health evaluation report; teaching materials on professional training of young children physical fitness; guide to young children's fitness and health, parent-child physical exercise record cards, training kit and DVD on parent seminars.
