Change Agent Development and Network Building: Professional Development Programme for School Leaders and Middle Managers and Establisment of Online Knowledge Management Platform
The project aims at enhancing the management and leadership skills of principals, vice-principals and senior teachers from 30 secondary schools through organizing a leadership training programme. An online knowledge management platform will be set up, a handbook on leadership and management skills will be developed, and a mutual support network among participants will be established.
