Looking for Hong Kong :Creative Arts and Cultural Education Project
The project aims at supporting 10 secondary schools in promoting creative arts and culture, enhancing 1200 students' creativity and appreciation of arts, and broadening 20 teachers' professional horizons by designing effective learning and teaching strategies, organizing a variety of arts activities, and developing multi-media learning & teaching resources for promoting appreciation of city space in Hong Kong. The project deliverable is a set of learning & teaching resources including i) guide to teachers; ii) suggested activity plans; iii) notes & worksheets on city space appreciation from perspectives of art, humanities, language & literature; iv) reading materials, literature texts, pictures and films that can be used for appreciating city space in Hong Kong; v) students' work; etc. The resources will be uploaded to the project website for teachers' reference.
