The project aims at enhancing students’ interest and motivation in learning through improving classrooms’ equipment to facilitate interactive learning; and increasing learning and teaching effectiveness by enhancing teachers' competencies in applying e-learning in classroom teaching and curriculum design through teacher professional development activities.
