The project aims at strengthening students' resilience and enhancing teachers' and parents' abilities in supporting the mental well-being of students through organizing various universal preventive activities, class-based workshops, seminars/talks for teachers and parents, as well as identifying and providing support for those students with lower level of resilience.
Aims and objectives: This two-year project aims at helping students build up their resilience to adversities through primary prevention and secondary support strategies. Beneficiaries: - Students: 40 S1 to S3 students over two years in secondary support (First year: 15-20 S1 students and 10 S2 students; Second year: 15-20 S1 students, 10 S2 students and 6-8 S3 students) - Teachers: 60 Deliverables: - Resources for the S1 Personal Growth Education (PGE) Lessons and secondary support activities
