Development of Chinese Language Learning Progression Framework for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children in Kindergartens in Hong Kong

The project aims at developing pre-primary Chinese Language Learning Progression Framework (LPF) on listening and speaking skills to foster Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students' learning of the Chinese Language and cater for their learning diversity. An application software of LPF will be developed to facilitate assessment for learning.
