Transition from Early Years to Primary Education: Increasing Successful Immigrant and Minority Family Engagement with Children’s Learning in Hong Kong
The project aims at facilitating the immigrant and ethnic minority children an early and smooth transition from kindergartens to primary schools through a programme fostering home-school cooperation and teachers' capacity.
