This project aims to strengthen the administrative, managerial and leadership capabilities of the 36 teachers in the middle management of the applicant school through organising a comprehensive teacher training programme. The direct beneficiaries of the project include 36 teachers in the middle management of the applicant school. The project deliverable includes learning and teaching materials.
