Pilot Scheme for enhancing Chinese learning for the minority groups in Hong Kong

The project aims at catering for the learning needs of about 40 P1 Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students and facilitating their Chinese learning through implementing a new Chinese character order of strokes (筆順) method. The resource materials developed and a DVD will be the deliverables of the project.
