The project aims at promoting self-directed learning atmosphere, enhancing students' language ability and critical thinking skills as well as enriching teachers' capacity in applying e-Learning in English Language through establishing an e-Learning platform "Cyber English Learning Lab" (CELL) and developing 16 modules of learning materials.
