Enhancing Vice-principals Management Skills and Leadship and Strengthening Effectiveness of and Bonds between Secondary and Primary School
The project aims at providing training for about 100 vice-principals from 55 primary and secondary schools under the sponsorship of CCC to enhance their leadership and human resources management skills; improve their ability to bring about educational change in schools; and strengthen the bonds between primary and secondary schools so as to increase the effectiveness of their schools. The project deliverables such as leadership and management skills are intangible.
