Pedagogical Use of IT and Outcomes of Students’ Computer and Information Literacy – Hong Kong Participation in ICILS

The project aims at benchmarking the computer and information literacy (CIL) skills of Hong Kong students at Grade 4 and Grade 8 and the pedagogical use of ICT in Hong Kong classrooms using the international comparative data in the International Computer and Information Literacy Study (ICILS) under the auspices of the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA).
