STEM Education with a Focus on Chinese Medicine Research - Establishing a School-based STEM Chinese Medicine Research Programme and Chinese Medicine Research Laboratory
The project aims to (1) enhance students' skills of inquiry-based learning, initiative, communication skills and information literacy through developing a school-based STEM Chinese Medicine Research programme; (2) incorporate Chinese Medicine research knowledge and skills into S.1-2 Science STEM Curriculum and S3-6 Chemistry and Biology Curriculum; and (3) establish a Chinese Medicine Research Laboratory.
