The proposed project aims at promoting students' mental wellness in school through the provision of a series of support services for students to facilitate their understanding and management of self; regulating emotions; developing social and emotional skills; and building resilience in order to overcome difficulties and adversity in life.
The project aims at conducting an early identification exercise among junior-form students to deliver support to those who are less resilient to adversities, as well as delivering primary prevention and secondary intervention services. The deliverables of the project will be the learning and teaching materials and the teaching package.
