To provide professional training and support to teachers and laboratory technicians of all Participating Schools on Bio-technology and STEM education;
To develop Bio-technology and STEM education learning activities for school-based Junior Secondary Science curriculum to enhance students’ knowledge and experimental skills in Bio-technology as well as their creativity and problem solving skills;
To establish an interactive learning community to promote cross-school interaction and academic exchange on professional technological innovation;
To strengthen the promotion of Bio-technology and STEM education in the Participating Schools, as well as further promote Bio-technology and STEM education to other schools to enhance Bio-technology and STEM education in Hong Kong.
The project aim at enhancing STEM education through integrating the junior secondary Mathematics, Science and Computer Studies subjects and renovating the computer room into a "STEM PLUS laboratory". Students of the junior secondary forms will benefit direct. Project deliverables are the learning and teaching materials and works of students.
The proposed project aims at instilling positive values in primary school students and catering for their individual needs through increasing the interaction between teachers and students using multimedia resources.
The project aims at enhancing students' biliterate and trilingual skills and cultivating their creativity as well as nurturing their caring of others through the establishment of a campus TV station.
