The project aims at cultivating positive values and enhancing the well-being of students through designing, developing, implementing and evaluating Experiential Mindfulness Programme (EMP), production of the teaching manual and dissemination of findings.
The project aims at enhancing learning and teaching of Mathematics, promoting e-learning and self-directed learning as well as catering for learner diversity through developing an application.
The project aims at enhancing students' positive ego, resilience and skills for coping with challenges, with a view to promoting their mental well-being. The project beneficiaries include 1000 S1 to S6 students, 1000 parents and 70 teachers. A resource package and some learning and teaching materials will be produced.
