Teaching Chinese with Storybooks (2021/22)
- To assist schools in developing a school-based storybook teaching curriculum that cater for students’ different learning characteristics;
- To enhance students’ interest in reading and learning Chinese, enrich students’ imagination and nurture their thinking skills;
- To enhance the professional development of teachers through co-planning, selecting suitable storybooks as learning and teaching materials and designing a school-based curriculum and open lessons; and
- To facilitate the connection between schools through cross-school networks.
