|You need to pay the administration fee for online payment, while for delivery by post, the administration fee for online payment and postal charges need to be settled.|
|＜Ｂ＞Pick-up and Receipt Procedures|
|7. How long will it take to receive the products ordered
from the QEF website?
|In general, products will be mailed within 10 working days after your payment confirmation.|
|8. In addition to mailing, are there any other ways to pick
up the ordered products?
|You may choose to pick up your orders in person at the QEF Secretariat.

|9. If I live in Macau or Mainland China, can I request postal
|No, the QEF only arranges postal delivery to destinations within Hong Kong.|
|10. If I choose self pick-up, how long will it take before I
can get the ordered products? What should I prepare
|In general, you can receive the order notification issued by the QEF after 5 working days. Bringing along the order notification, you can pick up the orders and pay in cash or by cheque.|
|11. Do I need to fill in all the personal particulars in the
contact information column if I choose to pick up
the products in person?
|12. If I choose mail delivery, i.e., delivery by registered
mail, how much postage do I need to pay?
|The postage, borne by customers, is based on the total weight of the QEF products purchased and the packaging.|
|13. Can I designate a dispatch date for registered mail?||You may call the QEF Secretariat for the registered mail number, and then contact HongKong Post to confirm the receipt date.|
|14. Can I use a Post Office Box as my delivery address?||Yes.|
|15. If I haven’t received my ordered products
after three weeks, what should I do?
|Please call the QEF hotline at 2921-8833 during office hours, or check with HongKong Post with the registered post number.|
|16. Can I cancel my order after payment?||No, because charges paid on the ordered products have been deducted from your account.|
|17. If the products I would like to order are out of stock,
what should I do?
|In case of product shortage, you may check with other sales channels (Link) to see whether the desired products are available.|
|18. If I find I have chosen a wrong product after
the receipt of it, can I return it?
|19. If I find some wrong or missing items after receiving
them,what can I do?
|Please contact the QEF Secretariat at 2921-8833 at once, and return the items, together with the corresponding official receipts, to the QEF Secretariat. We will immediately replace them with the correct ones or refund your money. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more details|
|20. Can I exchange an item of poor quality
(e.g. missing pages) for a new one?
|You can go to the QEF Secretariat (Address) to return or replace items within 10 working days after receipt of the products. You can only replace the products for once or replace the products with those of the same price. You are required to bring along the corresponding official receipts for confirmation. If the products are out of stock, you may choose to get a refund.|

|26. What if my credit card shows repeated payments?||For repeated payments in general, QEF will refund the excess amount to the credit card within 2 to 4 weeks. You may contact the credit card companies for the refunding procedures.|
|27. Why can’t my credit card be used for payment?||Some credit card issuing banks may require online validation before a credit card can be used. Please contact the card issuing bank if your credit card still cannot be used for payment after validation.|
|28. Can I temporarily put some products to the online
purchasing cart and continue to add more products
and settle the payment hours or days later?
|You may put products to the cart for temporary storage. Yet you must complete the payment and the whole purchasing procedures before closing the web page, or the cart will be reset to “No Items”.|

|For a successful payment, “Successful Payment” will be shown in the Payment Gateway page. If the access to the “Payment Confirmation” page fails, you should contact the credit card company or the PPS company.|

|35. What is the minimum system requirement
for using the QCRC?
|The recommended system requirement for using the QCRC is a window-based computer with at least Internet Explorer 5.0 installed.|
